れる。5．がん専門病院における経験 がん研有明病院では2020年3月下旬に対策会議を設置し，病院としてのCOVID-19対策を開始した。がん治療に特化した専門病院であることを鑑み，他院で治療を受けられなくなったがん患者も積極的に受け入れて，がん治療の最後の砦となることを基本方針とした。院内へのウイルス持ち込みを防止するために，一時閉鎖となった健診センターを利用し，発熱者に対するスクリーニング外来を開設した。スクリーニング外来は2020年7月の健診センター再開後も継続されている。 2020年12月の第3波では東京都内での新規患者数が急増し，がん研有明病院においてもコロナ病棟の開設の準備を開始した。東京都の感染レベルがステージIVとなったのを機に，15床のコロナ病棟を開設し，受け入れを開始した。定数42床の1病棟を閉鎖し，ゾーニングを行った。医療者への感染を予防するためにPPEの着脱手順を間違えないような工夫を徹底した。2021年10月までの約10カ月間に最大20床でCOVID-19患者を受け入れ，治療総数は283名であった。特定機能病院として，CO-VID-19のpandemic下において，一定の貢献ができたと考えている。6．おわりに COVID-19のpandemicでは多くの手術が中止・延期となった。またCOVID-19感染症は周術期合併症や死亡率を増加させた。患者の受診控えや検診の遅れに伴いがんの診断の遅れが生じており，今後ステージが進行したがん患者の治療対策が必要である。今後第6波の襲来も危惧される中，別の新興感染症のリスクも想定されている。今回の経験を糧に次に備えたい。 本抄録／会議録に関連し，開示すべき利益相反関係にある企業などはありません。日気食会報，73（2），20221） COVIDSurg Collaborative：Elective surgery can-cellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic：global predictive modelling to inform surgical recovery plan.
